Hello, I am 54 soon to be 55, and on my life journey to health and fitness. I was once 238 pounds have lost down to 165 but, have managed to gain back up to 235 pounds. I have two children a daughter who is 26 and a son who is 22. I have been married for 28 years to a wonderful husband who does support me on my journey. I need to focus more on me. I have read in one of my many books recently that to get rid of the fatitudes come up with a new name and repeat it to yourself daily, "Love-Care-Strong". Is my positive reminder name. I am learning to love myself again, to care more about me and not what others think, and to be strong every day!

I love to read books mostly mystery and suspense. My favorite authors are James Patterson, and Sidney Sheldon. I love to hike and ride my bike. Baking is a favorite pass time but, is limited due to my love of food!

My favorite workouts are using my treadmill, my stationary bike, and Leslie Sansone's Walk At Home and various programs she has developed.
