    As far as your modifications on the Challenges, please feel free to check out Your QuickFire Plus, which will include an alternate QFC and a Stretch. You may use either one in lieu of the daily QuickFire Challenge. If that does not work for you, another days can be substituted. For example, if JJacks are the days QuickFire and you are unable to do the walk, you may substitute the walk or even do Wall PushUps, for example. If you are still having trouble with that - simply SparkMail kelli (kv711law) and I will get one right away!

    The important thing is to QuickFire- as in do a Challenge - broken up into 3-5 segments - spaced throughout your day!

    If you have any more questions and/or concerns, please do not hesitate to let me know!

    It's a workout called Turbo Jam. Go to beachbody.com and look for Chalene Johnson's Turbo Jam. She has a series of Cardio Parties in the mix. It's a great workout and you can do it low impact. Really great for the abs and waist!!

    Hi Volnole!
    Welcome to our neighborhood! I am so happy to see you have a doxie. The rebounder is awesome for saving knees, and it works great to clean out the lymphatic system (something about the gravity pull). Anyway, I do Leslie Sansone's walk at home, using the rebounder for the boosted jogs, and I also have started a 20-minute yoga routine for core and back health. My knees are doing better, my feet feel better when I stretch my hamstrings and work on the back. For me, at age 60, it's about feeling good! That includes eating healthy and thinking positive!
    If we ever get a LB/San Pedro area group together, I think it would be fun to plan occasional get togethers.
