    thank you so much for dropping by! I have been so busy this summer doing all sorts of outdoor activities, I barely find the time to come on to log my food or exercise!

    Thanks for adding me as your friend. I did the same. This weight loss has NOT been easy. OMG, it's taken me like a year! I am good one month, then go wacko on food the next month. I have been trying to stay on program since May. I also walk/hike A LOT! That has been the one thing that has firmed me up and helped. Plus, mentally it makes me feel better. You will do it. Hang in there. Take one day and THINK before you eat!! LOL emoticon

    That was so sweet of you. Don't worry about that scale. I know it can be frustrating. You've been doing good. Think about that for a minute. Have you been building muscle? Could it be water? Think about your eating habits and work out routines. Realize that your body needs time to adjust. Besides the fact that it fluctuates during the month, it's adjusting to the new you. Give it some time. Stick with your new healthy lifestyle and it will happen. You can do it! Don't worry about that scale and know you are becoming a healthier you. emoticon
