    Hi: I'm the other leader of the Louisiana Team and I came by to welcome you to the team also. We are starting challenges and fun games starting Monday and really hope that you'll come participate with us. If you have some suggestions on challenges or games please come by and let us know on our new thread. Thank you. I promise that you will get plenty of motivation from us. We want to lose this weight too. I started Sept. 17 when I found out that I was diabetic and I've lost 42.8 pounds since then. So maybe that will tell you how motivated I am. I love Sparks and believe they are a BIG reason that I've been able to stick to my healthy goals.
