Another year and I haven't met my goals yet. However, I am not discouraged! I view life as a journey and I know the Lord has a plan for my life and though my life does not always go as I have planned I love my life and I love the journey.
I have a plan to get back to the plan this year of working hard, sicking to journaling my food and activity and being more and more active. I know how to be healthier, I have the tools that Sparkpeople has to offer. I love the community aspect. I have learned over the course the past two years that I NEED to be part of a Team!
I have also learned that I need to carve time out for myself!
I am so thankful for Sparkpeople and all the support and help they have given me over the years...

Fitness Minutes: 60,054

My Goals:
I want to be a healthy weight. My ultimate goal weight is 155 by June 2014.

MY REWARDS for 2013:
for every 25# lost a $25 gift card to Old Navy.
At 75# an extra $50
(to be clear I have lots of clothes from being down and now going up)
For mini rewards days at Disney, a manicure, pedicure.

I started my weightloss last May (2007) with giving up soda and starting watching what I eat and trying not to skip lunch so much. I am trying ot make better decisions each and every day -- It is a journey -- Last May I started this journey losing 30 pounds between May and Dec 2007 ... Then I joined Spark people and I have started over my counting for SparkPeople and Just add the 30# in my head since it is an easy number to add.

My goals include more than just losing weight, but like I have said life is a journey including a spiritual one!

My Program:
I try to eat sensibly and in moderation. So what does that mean?
Water: I try to Drink 9+ cups of water a day -- I have not had a soda since May 2007! I stopped drinking my calories.
Calories: I try to eat the lower end of my range
Fat: Try and to lower my fat intake and make better decisions.
Fruits and Veggies: 5 a day rule
Basically I try and eat the food pyramid but within the limits laid out in Sparkpeople.

Personal Information:
Hi there, my name is Christina and I am married. I have been married to my husband for seven years. June will be 13. We have no children, we both work a lot, I work at a church and commute 1.5 hours each way. Yeah I do love my job.

My husband is very supportive and even walks at my pace.

We have a good time together. In many ways he is my best-friend, but I have a few others of those and they know who they are.

One fun fact... I love Disney, especially Winnie the Pooh! Good thing I live in Orlando!

The Lord has truly blessed me.
