My goals are to lose 20-30 pounds of bad fat. and quit smoking forever

My Program:
 my program is to eat 1200-1500 calories per day...

use the nicorette inhaler to quit smoking forever

    Hey there! Saw one of your posts and thought I'd check out your SparkPage. Cool Tatoo!! Great job with the quit!! Today marks day 306 for me - exactly 10 months! It's got to be the hardest thing I've ever had to do and I chalk it up to one of my biggest accomplishments. I can't believe that soon I'll be celebrating one year quit. Keep it up and good luck on your journey to a smoke-free, lighter you!! You should be very proud of yourself!
