Introduction Text I'm a single mom of a 16 year old boy; the other two boys have flown the coop and begun their own lives. I'm currently off work from my regular job and after hitting a high weight of 192 lbs decided to return to Sparkpeople and regular daily exercise to return to a healthy weight. My ultimate end goal is to start powerlifting. Until then I'm walking a minimum of 4 km per day, HIIT workouts every other day, SP challenge everyday. I look forward to joining a weight room when it's safe to do so. Thanks for reading!

Increase activity to lifting weights three times a week (with a trainer if I can afford it), yoga three times a week and walking every day. I know it's a lot, but I would like to get stronger.

Eat whole, unprocessed foods 95% of the time, with an emphasis on greens and vegetables. Break a sweat every day and lift something heavy.

I own a plant-based personal chef and catering business.

I'm a compulsive recipe collector, I love cooking, house plants, walking, spending time with my nearly all grown kids and first grandchild.
