My Goals:
Lose 13 pounds. Reach 16% Body Fat. Gain Muscle. Reduce Pain & Inflammation. All while following a healthy whole food plant based diet.


My Program:
1. Eat real food; not too much and lots of plants.
2. Plan meals; track meals; repeat. 5-6 mini meals/day.
3. Bootcamp 3x/week; Strength Train 2x/week; 12000+ Steps/day; Roll & Stretch Daily; Rebound & PowerPlate.
4. Weigh myself daily at home; In-Body Weigh-in each Friday; chart progress weekly.
