Hi, I just wanted to stop in and say hello. I help run the Tall Chicks Team. We are doing a "Get Moving" type thing, and it might just be right up your alley. We are taking ideas off the BLC (Biggest Loser Challenge) and trying to help out our tall chicks friends. We post Gym Strength Training exercises, ideas, and just in genearl encourage and motivate the best we can with love and support.
