Golden Phoenix - BL Spring Challenge!!!!


I am 36 years old, married with a 8 year old and a 3 year old. I am trying to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle. I need help staying motivated and realizing when I need to say No to bad foods! I want to change and I am determined to do so. I want to be a role model for my family and show them that being healthy is important.
