I have been sparking off & on for almost 7 years (in March). When I first started spatk, and used the tools and resources provided, I done great. I lost 30 lbs, and I discovered that I loved to work out! I was even able to complete 3 5k races!

Then I hit a plateau & maintained my weight for quite a while, until a couple years ago. I managed to gain back everything that I had lost & then some! I found myself at my highest weight ever, and was miserable. Just as I was finding my footing again and doing well, I put myself on the back burner again, as things in my personal life seemed to spiral out of control.

Now that things seemed to have settled down a bit, it's time to focus on me again. MY health and what I need to do to reach my goals. I have decided that enough is enough! I am determined to do it this time. I am tired of starting over. I am tired of feeling like a failure. I want to get in my closet and not worry if this is too tight or if I can get those zipped. I want to be happy. I want to be healthy, and feel good about myself. I want find my inner spark again! I want to shine! But most of all I want to LOVE ME! 2019 is going to be the year for ME!

~ Get Active! Walk 30 min day x 5 days
~ drink more water
~ take time daily for me
~ focus on the positive & let the negative go
~ I plan to lose 8-10 lbs for BL challenge

My Program:
GET UP and MOVE!!!!!

Strength training- 30 mins 3 days per week.

10,000 steps per day 5/7 days per week.
