At maintenance!!
After struggling with my weight my whole life, I am finally at a healthy weight thanks to the help and guidance of my amazing coach through Real Appeal! (I am so blessed!) I started my journey at 300 pounds. I currently sit at 142 pounds. That is 158 pounds gone!
I feel amazing! I have so much energy and I feel more confident in myself now. I accept myself as I am, flaws and all.
My advice for anyone on their personal journey to better health is this...be ...

Now my goal going forward is focusing on being the strongest, healthiest version of myself I can be.

My Goals:
To maintain my weight and get STRONGER!
My Program:
Eating healthy foods and staying in my calorie range. I strength train at home using a set of resistance bands and free weights. For cardio, I love using my incline treadmill.
Personal Information:
For the summer 5% challenge I will be continuing the walking and strength training I have been doing (walking 6 days a week and strength 5 days a week) and increase the resistance on my strength training as well as adding in new exercises to keep it fresh.
Other Information:
I love coffee.
I am fun loving and a bit goofy.
I love to sing randomly just for fun (but not well, lol).
I love to cook. My wonderful Mom taught me to cook when I was young. I love to find new healthy recipes to try and love to try different foods.
I am married and have one very spoiled 14 year old cat named Percy.
