    heyyyy - I was doing the ellipitical and running...either 2 hours of elliptical and an hour of running...of flipped. This week I'm trying 4 hours of cardio - its kicking my butt! haha...but the same - ellipitical 2 hours and run 2 hours...

    I go at different times during the day...some days I'll do 2 hours in the morning, of if I'm not feeling it, I'll do an hour and a half and come back and do more - Ive been to the gym up to 4 times a day this week! Haha - its nice having my summers off since I teach.

    It definitely works...no pain, no gain i guess :)
