Gained 20 lbs in 3 months of emotional binging during a stressful time (my employer has Alzheimer's and it was super rough for a bit) after a 64 day green juice fast (feast). Went from 110 to 130 by eating a lot cooked vegan after 5 yrs raw vegan diet. I am typically an over-eater FOR MY BOD which doesnt need much food. 5'2" and 20 extra feels obese on me. At even 10 lbs over I feel a change in my ease of breathing.
NONE of my clothes fit, not even my underwear from May 2008! Thats horrific.
...Not used to being this cumbersome, very uncomfortable! I look older and feel totally crap and stiff. I used to be ultra fit. This is weird. Going back to my strict ways and trying to stop demeaning myself for being a lazy glutton :-( The depression of it all is keeping me stagnant. I DO HAVE HOPE! I want my bod back in three months.
It 's scary to be so unfit and in line for various diseases down the road if I were to continue this way.

Get to 115 lbs by end Oct
Get to 108 by end Nov

Build Muscle strength back up, vibrance, joy, lightness of being, youthfulness, balance, positive attitude ALWAYS, no mood swings, no energy slumps, stop obsessing over food by being all the above,
no disease.
NEVER let this happen again!


My Program:
~Eat 99% raw vegan (works for ME. I supplement with Vega and B Vitiamin complex and Mineral solutions, etc)
~avg 1200 cal per day
~Eat healthy fat (avo or coconut) 1st A.M. - keeps me balanced, not deprived feeling, less food cravings thru the day
~No coffee, screws my chemistry up, lose less, am angrier, crave sweets at 4 pm slump
~Burn 700-950 calories 5 days a week thru cardio:
running on dirt, elliptical, uphill hike/run
~Build upper body muscle via weight training (Im lacking) 2-3 times a week mixed with the cardio
~Work on positive thoughts and not label myself negative things
