It's the small efforts we make that get us through the day and onto the next. Walking around the block today will lead to walking around 2 blocks tomorrow. Taking 30 minutes to exercise will lead to an hour of exercise... it's inevitable... tomorrow will be a better, brighter day!

I constantly have to remind myself - "Don't give up"... "Keep going!" I make small efforts every day to keep myself motivated, to keep up the "good fight"... to WIN my war! And I KNOW through my hard work and determination... I WILL reach my goals!

My goals are to improve overall health. To stop smoking; to exercise more.
And to wear smaller clothes, to be thinner, healthier & sexier!

GOAL MET!!! MARCH 31, 2020 - QUIT SMOKING (3/12/20)

March 31, 2020:
MY GOALS:
#1. Get to 199lbs. by April 24th, 2020
#2. Get to 170lbs. by June 5th, 2020
#3. Get to 150lbs. by July 20th, 2020
#4. Get to ULTIMATE GOAL WEIGHT of 140lbs by August 31st, 2020


My Program:
Eating healthier foods, in addition to tracking my calorie intake & expenditure by proper nutrition & daily exercise!

I have no "set" program, other than planning my meals ahead of time, and trying to plan each day first thing in the morning. I cut out all sodas & am working at cutting out almost all sugars. I walk daily in addition to taking care of a small farm animal rescue & squeeze in extra exercise where and when I can.



Personal Information:
I'm from Wichita Falls, TX. I'm married (since 2008), living in a small town right outside of San Antonio (LaVernia, TX.) I have 4 children of my own, and 4 step children. My husband and I share 3 grandchildren (and have 1 more on the way). I do not work outside the home - other than operating a small farm animal rescue on our property.

    As for the confounded TV, my husband gets uneasy when it is not on, so we will be watching something like Bluebloods (and it is loud) so instead of pausing or hitting the mute, he tries to talk over the top of it! …. emoticon And then when I tell him to repeat please, he says, "I think something is wrong with your hearing!" … emoticon Seriously!!
