    Hope you got your battery today! emoticon You have to check out the picture of my two 14 year old cats. The short hair one sits on my lap when I do SPARK. Don't discouraged with the weight, just keep working. Our bodies get a set point and can go for a few weeks without dropping weight and then all of sudden you lose ten pounds in two weeks. Be sure to use the nutrition tracker and count everything. That helps me! Have a great week, I'll be checking in with you from time to time! emoticon emoticon

    Good for you. An hour of commitment to exercise a day is wonderful. It's crazy how easy we rationalize not having time but can do something as unproductive as TV watching. I used to skim through all 200 channels we got, and not see anything I wanted to watch, but would choose the "least boring" option instead of exercising. Ridiculous, I know.

    thanks for the encouragement. I missed 3 days last weekend due to camping. I did other exercises like setting up camp for 2 hours in 29 degree weather. I also am doing 2-3 workouts a day to make them up. Do you ever do the same workout 2-3 times in a session. I did that last week and my butt was sour all weekend =) good luck with week 4.
