I need to lose 110 pounds. I know it will be a long journey to my goal weight. I am inspired by friends and others who are making the journey as well. I used to be the perfect weight, healthy and strong. I want to be that again. I will be that again!

I am eating 6 times a day and keeping my calorie intake between 1300-1400. All totals and within healthy goals.
