Hello Sparkies!

I'm 19, a third year university student. I'd describe myself as a classic-over thinker, who's quirky, introverted but talkative, oxymoron and at times insane.

After an amazing year, I managed to get down to my goal weight and exceeded my expectations. I was finally gaining confidence, doing things that I never thought I could stir up the courage to and was 'happy'.

Then things went wrong. This year has been tough, emotionally. And I began to revert back to my old ways. I'm currently stuck in a claustrophobic cycle of guilt where I gain then lose weight, then gain and lose weight, etc. At the moment I am 5'6 and 135 pounds. I'd like to get down to 130 and tone. But most importantly, I want to work on ME. I need to learn where my insecurities stem from and how to...Heal. I need to learn that I can't simply patch up wounds and hope they heal. I need also learn that I cannot pick at past scars.

This blog will be my escape - Where I can speak my inner thoughts without fear of judgement or persecution. Where I can simply be myself. If you read this, know that my entries were written with mindset that they will never be read. Maybe that'll keep me blatantly honest.

Who knows, maybe I'll hear from some of you.

Fitness Minutes: 3,787

My Goals:
1) To lose 1.5 pounds per week.
2) To workout 5 times a week on assigned days
3) To conquer my fears.

My Program:
1) Workout for 30 minutes 5 times a week
2) Drop the junk food and eating out at school and save that money instead!
3) Attempt to eat more vegetables, and more fruits (which I love)
4) Weight in every Monday
