    Good morning! You asked for tips and motivation for weight loss. I'm no expert, but I've been trying for a very long time to lose weight. Tip #1, is log into SparkPeople daily, and try to get 10 minutes of exercise every day. Also log your food and workouts. I recommend making that part of your page public, because I feel it holds you accountable. Good luck!
