Hi, I'm Toby. I just gave birth to my second child. I am looking to lose at least 30 lbs.

Swimsuit Bootcamp

Week 1 Day 1:

10 minute Cardio workout- DONE
Cardio- 30 minute walk with kids. Also played at the park.
Challenge: Update Blog- DONE

Weight- 148 lbs.
Bust- 35 inches
waist- 35 3/4 inches
hips- 40 1/4 inches
upper arm- 13 inches
thigh- 24 1/2 inches
calf- 15 inches
ankle- 8 5/8 inches

Week 1 Day 2:

Leg workout- DONE
Cardio- 30 minute pilates video
Challenge: 3 servings of fruit- DONE

Week 1 Day 3:

Arms workout- DONE
Cardio- 40 mins. treadmill
Challenge: 2 sets (10-15 reps) Close arm pushups- DONE

Week 1 Day 4:

Abs workout- DONE
Challenge: 3 servings of veggies- DONE

Week 1 Day 5:
Totally blew it today. Was sick with a stomach virus. I will definitley be doubling up tomorrow though!!

Week 1 Day 6:
Abs and Arms workout: DONE
Day 5 challenge: Calf raises- DONE
Day 6 challenge: Drink all water- NOT DONE
Cardio: 20 minutes Biggest Loser video
10 minutes step video

Week 1 Day 7:
Way too sore to workout. MY BUTT HURTS!!! haha

Week 2 Day 1:
Weigh in totals:

Weight: 148- SAME
Bust: 34 inches -1 INCH
Waist: 35 inches -3/4 INCH
Hips: 39 1/2 inches -3/4 INCH
Upper Arm: 13 1/4 inches +1/4 INCH
Thigh: 24 1/4 inches -1/2 INCHES
Calf: 15 inches -SAME
Ankle: 8 1/2 inches +1/8 INCH

OVER ALL INCHES THIS WEEK: 2 5/8

Day 7 abs workout- DONE
Day 1 cardio workout- DONE
Cardio: 20 minutes yoga- DONE

Week 2 Day 2:

Leg Workout- DONE
Cardio: 25 minutes treadmill/ 20 minutes bike DONE
Challenge: 6-Minute Hips, Glutes & Thighs Workout-
* I killed it on the cardio today!! Woo Hoo!! I hate cardio so much but actually enjoyed this.

GOAL FOR THIS WEEK:
Get on the cardio train!! See how much I can get done and see if that will shift the weight down.

My Goals:
I would firstly like to lose weight, tone up, and in doing so have more energy to spend on my children.


My Program:
I am watching EVERYTHING I eat. Before something goes in my mouth I take a second to look at it and say "do I really need to eat this? Is it good for me?" I am also trying to get at least 3 days of cardio in a week and 3 days of weights.

My favorite thing to do is relax on the couch after an evening with my kids with a good movie and a good glass of wine (i know, i know, but it's just so dang good!!)

    his loan is through sallie mae...i just called them again...im not a racist but it is really irratating when you cant talk to someone that speaks english..anyways this time they said that only 77 dollars has posted to our account!!! wtf!!! ok one more thing i talked to my sis in law and she said that if you e.filed your taxes but used a method where they take the fees from your refund (like with turbo tax) that they consider you on the paper check..i dont effing know! i dont think the gov does either!! im sorry if i freaked you out and maybe i could be wrong! i feel clueless!!

    just so you know. we were not even behind on our student loans...our payment isnt even due till the end of the month...we had it in deferrment at the end of last year but have been making payments all this year... i kept checking in at www.irs.gov but they do not give ya much info...i told dh that i was going to tell every person i run across..so no one else depends on it that might not get it... it really isnt fair..they took that money and put it right back in their own pocket!!!
