I am a single mother with adult children. I have grandchildren and want to be more active with them. I have struggle with weight problems all of my adult life. As I am getting older I am more focused on living a healthier lifestyle which includes eating a balanced healthy diet, getting my proper rest and following a routine exercise program.

To get down to a size 14 and to be between 170-180lbs.
My Program:
Workout 3 to 4 times a week. Mostly cardio and some strength training. I plan on increasing my strength training soon.
Personal Information:
I am from Ohio and I work as an Independent Provider. I am a mother to 3 adult children and a grandmother as well.
I am considering going back to school in the near future.
Other Information:
I enjoy traveling when I can, writing letters, reading, being in nature, listening to music, watching movies and so much more.

Happy 1st day of August! That means we only have 4 months left in the year. Let's reevaluate our goals this month and plan on finishing 2015 with a bang! We can do it! :0)
