Introduction Text I'm a 48 year old vegetarian trying to increase my calories and lose 50lbs. *Okay so that was in 2009. Now its June 2017, I'm 55 and back for round two. Its a whole new ballgame in your 50's.

Lose the weight! To continue increasing my calories and my metabolism since it died about nine years ago from eating one meal a day. To eat six times a day - this is extremely difficult for me as I don't eat when I'm stressed. I have a stressful job.

Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals. I'm tracking for my food, exercise and water intake daily. I eliminated white products. I don't eat fast food. I don't eat diet products. Just the real thing please! I just limit the portion.
