You can reach out to me any way you desire. I am so sorry about your job loss. Not eating is just as damaging as overeating but I am guessing you already know that.
Several questions/suggestions: are you keeping a food log? If not start using the tracker on SP. It creates overall awareness and it makes you feel like you are taking a step in the right direction.
The other suggestion is to start keeping a journal. Write down what you are feeling. Be honest. It really helps. Write a blog and solicit feedback.
And finally, get on the message boards. Reach out to other members and look for support. We are all in this together. It took some of us months to feel comfortable reaching out but it feels fabulous. It's incredibly motivating.
