    Yeah, after that, it only gets worse, but (for me at least) that run was a huge mental hurdle and afterwards I had a lot more confidence in myself. Hope you have a great weekend too!

    Giirrrlll anything with Jillian Michaels (sp?) works great. I also watch vids with before and after pics, and various videos that explain the importance of exercise, a proper diet, and drinking water. Works like a charm! :)

    I like to dance too, so I also watch dancers and sometimes mimic the choreography....

    Just read you comment on my comment ~ Funny thing is, if you knew me, I laugh at sarcasm but I rarely use it myself! I'm more the sentimental, nurturing type, so what I wrote in your blog was real! That's just me :) No offense on my end either. It's hard to read into blogs sometimes.

    I didn't realize you work at a gym! Wow, that would be a challenge being on your feet all day! I used to do that when I was a teacher, and never felt like exercising after work. My feet and legs hurt all the time ~ even to take a walk. I actually didn't know that about the bike, I only use it for my warm-up before strength training, but it does seem to help loosen my left knee up when it's bothering me. I only do 15-20 min since it's so boring!

    I also didn't realize you live with your parents so the cooking thing is out of your control. Maybe once they get back you can reestablish your routine. I wish you the best ~ no sarcasm intended ~ LOL!
