Hi I'm a 34yr old wife to a wonderful man, and mother to a amazing 9yr old boy. When I became pregnant 10yrs ago I begain to pack on the pound., I ended up gaining 150lbs if not more because there were times I just didn't weigh myself.
I have always struggled with my weight. I've been as small as a size 3 and as big as a size 26. Which is the size I was at my heaviest. To be honest even the size 26 were tight I just refused to buy
I had lap band surgery on August 4th of 2010. Its not been easy, and it is a slow but steady weight loss. I feel as if I have hit a plateau so I am trying to incorporate more exercise and get over this hump.. I'm still dealing with emotional eating, temptation and family sabotage. For everyone who thinks this is a quick fix it def is not!! I can sabotage this if I allow myself to overeat. This is just a tool to help me control my over eating. I still have to do all the work eat the right foods and exercise to see results.
Not only am I doing this for myself. I'm doing this for my husband who deserves to have a wife who loves herself so I can love him better. I'm also doing this for my son who deserves to have a mommy who can be present and more active in his life.
I'm ready to start living life and being who I'm meant to be. God has a purpose for me and I am so ready to start on the path to find it. I am learning to love myself more and value my worth more. I would love to make some friends and learn to live healthy. So if your looking for someone to travel this journey of weight loss with you just drop me a line.

My Goals:
My long term goals are to be in my ideal weight range, run in a marathon for Team in Training (a charity for cancer research).
Mid term goals are feeling healthier and fitting into my clothes. Going back to school.
Short term goals are lose 20 lbs. Developing a regular sleep pattern, lower my cholesterol and improve my health and energy level. Go for a walk everyday and exercise and eat well.

My Program:
I'm tracking my food and exercise. I will be joining team in training once I lose 100 lbs. I have been staying motivated by logging on everyday to spark.
Still working on trying to get more regular sleep. I know that its important to my success in weight loss.
