Introduction Text Each day has a special beauty, and every person has a unique story to tell. I try to open my eyes to see that which is real, and listen to the heart of all.

To live a full life of loving kindness, and to recognize the value in all beings, all things, all happenings. To express my gifts as fully as I can: to write and produce a play/movie; to travel around the world with my kids, and Bill , taking photographs. to be totally honest.

Taking care of myself, and listening. I exercise most every day, and eat healthfully, and don't overeat. I have to watch fats because I love nuts, and full cream foods. I'm now on a low animal fat lifestyle, with plenty of "good" fats. I associate with people who have healthy goals.



I love poetry, and classical music. I have three children.
