Tired of Feeling Tired
I am a middle-aged, morbidly-obese woman who is tired of feeling tired all the time. Only 45, there are days when I feel 80 or 90. So, I have decided to count calories, get out and move, and try to feel better
I am a middle-aged, morbidly-obese woman who is tired of feeling tired all the time. Only 45, there are days when I feel 80 or 90. So, I have decided to count calories, get out and move, and try to feel better

My Goals:
1. Lose 140 pounds.
2. Improve my physical fitness.
3. Improve my attitude.
My Program:
I don't have a set "program" that I am using. My boyfriend and I are on this weight loss journey together, and we have been walking 3-4 miles, 4-5 days a week. We are using the nutrition tracker to watch what we are eating and make sure we stay within the recommended ranges. We cut out all junk food and most processed foods, and we are eating mainly organic foods now.
Personal Information:
I was not overweight as a child, but once I hit my twenties the weight began to pile on. I have been obese for 25 years now, and I know I won't last another 25 years if I don't make some major changes to my lifestyle.
