    HELLO,

    THANKS FOR ADDING ME AS YOUR FRIEND. I JUST FINISHED W/MY FIRST WEEK OF THE SLIM IN 6 PROGRAM. AND, I ACTUALLY FEEL BETTER WITH MORE ENERGY. I AM JUST DOING THE EXERCISES I AM NOT DOING THEIR FOOD PROGRAM I THINK IT IS WAY TOO MUCH. I WANT TO WORK ON MY EATING HABITS BY MYSELF & WITH NO PRESSURE BECAUSE I WANT TO CHANGE THEM FOR EVER. I AM USING THE SPARKPAGE TO LIST ALL MY FOOD INTAKE THIS IS WERE I HAVE MOST OF THE TROUBLE I LOVE TO EAT AND EAT TO MUCH SPECIALLY ON WEEKENDS. I AWAY BEEN OVERWEIGHT WHEN I WAS IN COLLEGE I WAS ABLE TO DOWN THE LOWEST I HAVE EVER BEEN I WEIGHTED 186 LBS FOR ME THAT'S 2ND SHORT GOAL I PUT 3 SHORT GOALS OF 20 LBS. I GOT MARRIED LAST OCT 2007 AND SINCE I HAVE GAINED 25-30 LBS LETS WORK TOGETHER & GIVE MOTIVATION TO EACH OTHER. I DO MY EXERCISES ON THE EVENING AFTER I GET HOME FROM WORK, I AM NOT A MORNING PERSON AND CANNOT GET UP EARLIER IN THE MORNING TO THEM SO I AM DOING AT 5-6 PM. I ALREADY STARTED PHASE II LAST WEEK SO I AM GOING TO DO PHASE II TODAY AGAIN.
