Wanting to get Some of it Back
I have been a member of SparkPeople for a long time. The weight came off and on due to different reasons. Now I am a retiree after over 15 years; a great grandmother, and became a breast cancer saviour in 2015. I've decided that now is the real time. How do they say: 'if I knew then what I know now'. OK I should know better, right! Well so far so good. Restarted my weight loss journey again and praying for success. I went on SparkPeople as always and started some of the challenges, ...

OK I should know better, right! Well so far so good. Restarted my weight loss journey again and praying for success. I went on SparkPeople as always and started some of the challenges, which I enjoy. Trying to get my strength and endurance back is the biggest struggle that I seem to be facing at this time in my life. But diet and exercise is the key and I am very please that SparkPeople is also another key.

My first goal is to remain steadfast in my religion.
To get my strength, my endurance, and my waist line back in place.
My Program:
My program is to exercise at least twenty minutes a day.

Tip to reduce weight: First turn your head to the right and then turn it to the left. Repeat this exercise every time you are offered something to eat.
