Over the years, I've found it easy to accomplish goals outside of myself (ie; jobs, school, family), but now its time to FOCUS on me!

My plan is to lose 100-110lbs. When I joined SP, I divided the weight loss into two phases of 50lbs, because I thought it would be too much to envision all at once. But..... after reading sooo many successful weight loss stories on this website, I can now comprehend and imagine losing 100lbs! I'm going to do this...ONE POUND at a TIME!

Below, I am starting a list of success quotes that I have seen on this website. These short quotes have really helped me on my journey to better health:

My Goals:
April GOALS:

1. Journal meals.
2. Exercise 60min/3xwk.
3. Lose 4-8 lbs.
4. Drink 64oz H2O/day.
5. Get 8 hrs of sleep.


1. Lose 100-110lbs.
2. Run 5 mi. nonstop.
3. Do 5 full push ups.
4. Do 1 full pull up.
5. Run a 5K under 35min.
6. Enter a fitness figure contest.


5 lbs down:

Must celebrate at the Spa!!! I love Spas!

5- 17-09. 1st 5K- 47:28
9-28-14. 2nd 5K- 1hr
10-18-14.3rd 5K-
03-18-15.4th 5K

My Program:
1. Prepare my meals for the entire day in the morning. This way I already know my calories for the day and less likely to over indulge.

2. Drink atleast 64oz of H2O a day. This really helps decrease hunger!

3. Do 30min. of cardio atleast 3-4x a wk. in addition to weight train. Afterwards, I always feel a sense of accomplishment!

4. Schedule 7-8 hrs of sleep. I feel a decrease in moodiness and irritability.

5. Log onto SparkPeople each day. Reading motivational stories really helps me to stay focused and determined to reach my goal!
