Introduction Text So far I have lost 42lbs in 3.5 months using healthy lifestyle, retraining my brain to be a more positive thinker, and excercise. After an injury working out I gained 35 pounds while in recovery and physical therapy. To see months of hard work lost I was feeling very discouraged but had not given up. My friend shared with me how she saved her life. At 795 pounds she was sent home from the hospital to die with dignity on her birthday. The will to live gave her the strength to fight when it seemed all odds where against her and she looked for all options to help her. As a response to a flyer where she was pleading for help to save her life she took a leap of faith that saved her life. She has now lost 354 pounds in 19 months (no typo). Her labs completely changed for the better, her wounds healed, and she continues to get healthier every day. Inspired by her success I followed her lead and was delighted to have so easily shed 42 pounds I had gained with my injury. The yearly celebration inducting her as the first female in the 300lb weight loss club inspired me to go for the last fifty I need to lose to be at my ideal body weight by celebration next August. I commited to joining the challenge in hopes of walking with her on stage next year. A once in a life time moment to cheer on my friend who has been wheelchair and bed bound for ten years. So here I am visualizing and manifesting a dream. And for the first time in my life I can see my dreams are within my reach. Loving the new life I am living.
