I posted some suggestions on your 'Short on Calories' thread, but wasn't sure how often you checked it, so I thought I'd post here on your Page to let you know. Hopefully something I suggested will be helpful to you. I've used all of them myself on occasion.
I don't know if I'd add in more water or hot tea the way a couple of posters suggested. I think that would just fill you up and defeat the purpose of adding in more calories. I know when I'm a little high on calories, I try to drink more water or hot tea and I know if fills me up so I don't eat more.
    Good luck!

Hi Toothful! I just saw your comment on Coach Nicole's blog about hanging out with fit friends, and I laughed in recognition-- I have gone on weekend trips with my husband's cycling buddies, and while I bike my head off (lots of mountain climbs), those guys always bring enormous amounts of cakes and pies and refined breads, and I end the weekend feeling fat and overtrained! Not the most pleasant combination. It's so easy to out-eat the calories you've burned, even when you've burned thousands.

    Good luck finding the balance!
