Introduction Text Haven't been on the site in 2 years!! Thank God spark people and most of my spark friends are still around!! I have recently gained 10 more lbs since I have been away, so I now know that I really must get down to business. I am getting older and now experiencing concerns with high blood pressure!! Ready to make a REAL change!!

-2 lbs at a time! One for good eating/ drinking habits and one for exercise!

Exercising 5-6 days per week, tracking what I eat /drink, logging in each day for and to give encouragement.

I'm originally from Indy, but I've lived in TEXAS many years. I still can't get use to the 1001* degree weather.
