2010.. with the new year approaching I wanted to update my progress. 2009 was a good year. I hit an all time low in weight twice as well as hitting an all time high. I reached 130lbs in May then sky rocketed to 145 in October. Today I am back to 131 after allot of blood, sweat and tears. I do know that I will never let my weight get that out of control again. One of my main focus for 2009 was running. I am very proud to say that I am now running between 3 and 6 miles a day. It took allot of effort on my part but I did it. I am following a new diet, the eating right for your type. I find that it works for me and my body responds well to it. I've also learned that this will always be my journey. I will always have to watch what I eat and battle with the scale. I have just gotten over Thanksgiving and Christmas without falling apart. So I think I have finally found what works for me. I have set some new goals for 2010. My first goal is to take part in Hustle up the Hankcock the end of February. I am doing the full climb. We'll see how it goes. I really hope that I continue to inspire people to take a heathier approach to their lives because that is my motivation to keep going. I wish everyone success in their fitness goals for the new year. Thanks for stopping by my page.

I've lost 20 pounds to date.... I work out 6/7 days a week. My workouts are 1 hour cardio and 1 hour weight training. I also have a personal trainer with whom I train with twice a week for 3 hours. I'm on a restricted diet with a daily calories intake of 1150 per day. I also take various supplements. Last year I achieved all of my goals. Last years main goal was to loose weight which I did so now this year I can focus more on strength.
