    Recipe for cranberry/strawberry/walnut sauce:

    1 bag fresh cranberries - cleaned and sorted
    10 oz. frozen strawberries thawed - reserve juice
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    3/4 cup sugar or sugar substitute
    Take reserved strawberry juice and add water to make 1 cup liquid. Add sugar (or substitute) to water. Put in medium size pot on medium heat. Bring to boil.
    Add cranberries. Bring back to boil. Cook until cranberries start to pop and split. While this is cooking mash the strawberries (I used a potato masher). When cranberries are good to go add strawberries. Put in bowl (one that has a lid) stir in walnuts. Cover bowl and let cool on counter. Refrigerate after cooled. Enjoy!
    I do not have the nutritional info for this....Sorry!

    I just tracked cranberry relish, than strawberries, than walnuts depending how much I used - quarter cup, half cup etc.
