Hi there! THanks for the friend add. I added you too. I have about 50-70lbs to lose. I hope I can do it too. So far I've done pretty good this year. No big loss on the scale but it's slowly going down and I've just been cutting back and only eating when I'm hungry. Also I added in working out (treadmill mostly).
