    I lived in Greensboro for almost 4 years leaving in 2007. My brother still lives there. We are not from the area.

    Keep stepping up to what you know you must do. I started out with 125lbs & now I am at75 lbs l more to glow.

    Kay, you can do this. One habit changed at a time, one pound at a time. I know it gets discouraging when results don't happen as quickly as you want them too, but doing it the right way, and changing the way you interact with food, is about the only way to keep it off once it is gone.
