My name is Tina and I am 25 years old. I am a mom to a 4 year old little boy. I am trying to lose alot of weight.. around 140 lbs. I need all the help I can get because I find it really hard to stay motivated. I want to at least get back to the size I was back in high school..haha.. doesnt everyone!

We have so many goals we want to accomplish and we know we can do this. We are keeping ourselves motivated by making ourselves accountable to everyone around us. We have to accomplish our goals!

Fitness Minutes: 3,460

My Goals:
1. Walk every morning

2. Do some sort of strength training program 6 days per week.

3. Drink lots of water every day. Eliminate soda!

4. NO more fast food or packaged, processed foods.

5. Reduce my calorie intake.

6. Be more active with my son.

7. Have more energy for the things I need to get done every day.

8. Go for regular health checkups

9. Be able to take my son to the waterpark in a bathing suit and feel confident

10. Be able to run again.

11. Train for a marathon.

12. Get scuba certified.

13. Eat as healthy as possible

My Program:
Walk everyday no matter what and try on incorporate running into my walking program slowly.

Do strength training 6 days per week.

Reduce calories, eat more fruits and veggies, eliminate sugar and starches.

Rewards for Goals met:

1. 265lbs - New hairstyle

2. 250 lbs - Pedicure and manicure

3. 240 lbs - New Outfit

4. 230 lbs - New bathing suit

5. 220 lbs - New Bra and panty set

6. 210 lbs - Cute new shoes and a night out dancing at a night club

7. 200 lbs - new iPod

8. 190 lbs - Guitar

9. 170 lbs - Full Spa Day

10. 160 lbs - Sign up for 1st half marathon

11. 140 lbs - Yearly passes to all theme parks

12. 150 lbs - New Running Shoes

13. 140 lbs - Plant a Garden.

14. 130 lbs - Victorias Secret Shopping Spree

15. 120 lbs - 1200 new cloths shopping spree

16. 3 Months Maintenance - 3 New Bikinis


Personal Information:
I am living in Florida. I need to get back into bikini shape! I am originally from TN.
I enjoy reading, the beach, anything outdoorsy, shopping, spending time with my son, learning new things, photography, art, and history.

Other Information:
"Pain is weakness Leaving the body" This is what I tell myself over and over when I work out. Seems to work for me!
