Introduction Text My name is Tina. I just decided it was time to try again to get healthy. I have a teenager and an infant. I work full time and my husband works out of town every other week. Yep, there is a little bit of stress in my life. That was a few years ago. The teenager is now 21 and the infant is 5, starting kindergarten. In between, I had gastric bypass surgery. I lost 85lbs with it, but have put about 40 back on. The habits that put the weight on before are still there. I can accept that I will never be 'tiny', but I really do need to learn to be healthy. That will take a total perspective overhaul! I'm working in it day by day...

I would really like to get healthy and have the energy to keep up with my baby. I would also like to help my family learn to be healthier. Three of us are pretty much couch potatoes! Or computer turnips!

Right now, I am doing weight watchers at work. In the past this program has helped me get started. But it's just that, a start.

I grew up mostly in Texas and some in Alabama. I moved to Pensacola, Florida when I got married three years ago.
