Fitness Minutes: 15,461

My Goals:
I had gestational diabetes with all 3 of my children. I am hoping to lose the extra weight I've been carrying around for far too long and push off getting diabetes for quite awhile.

My Program:
 I have added more fruits and vegetables to my diet. I have pretty much cut out all fried foods and sweets. My new year's resolution is to eat fish at least 2 times a week. I need to work on exercising more.


Personal Information:
I live in PA. I am married with 3 sons. My husband and I own a restaurant and I teach Family and Consumer Science at a high school.

    You're the best, soup. You are right on all counts, and I won't give up. I'm just giving in to a day of grouchiness. I won't wallow too long. I sincerely hope that your prediction comes true though, and that I am rewarded with a bigger loss down the line.

    Time will tell, but I'm preeeetty impatient. emoticon
