A lifestyle change of this magnitude is always a work in progress. I often feel I am renovating the rooms of my life. I have the plans mapped out and projects decided on. Some rooms are coming along swimmingly others need their plans readjusted and goals rethought out. Those rooms are often filled with unexpected set backs like pulling up the carpeting and finding the hardwood flooring very damaged and in need of some real TLC. I have committed to giving those areas the TLC they need but I know it's going to take some time to get there.

Fitness Minutes: 10,047

My Goals:
Goal One: Climb Escarpment Stairs.
Goal Two: At Least 30 minutes of planned fitness a day.

My Program:
To reach my goals I am staying away from fast food. I have been preparing my own lunches for work I still get the take out coffee here and there on those early morning shifts though. I am trying to walk to work at least twice a week and am starting to devote time to working out on a regular basis. I am also drinking more water and taking the stairs when ever I can. And I use Spark Coach to help keep me on track and get great ideas and motivation!
