My Program:
I eat a combo of Eat Right For Your Type (Blood Type Diet) and Eat to Live.
Following both programs has helped with get rid of cronic tummy troubles and an overall feeling of blah after eating a meat/protien based diet.
I still eat fish, chicken & turkey. None of which upset my stomach.
