A little about me -- I'm a full time bakery associate, a part-time student of veterinary technology, and I fill the other hours of my day caring for a myriad of critters I call my furkids.

Goals in regards to my health would be:
No longer rely on medication
Have consistently normal blood pressure levels
Be able to hike and run without struggle
Feel comfortable in my own body
My Program:
I am implementing a cardio & strength training exercise regimine as well as eating healthy foods that include filling up on vegetables and other things infused with proper nutrition.
