Introduction Text OMG I DID IT AGAIN... Like Groundhog Day, over and over! I lose the weight and gain it back. Once and for all I finally want to get it done and stay done. Make healthy eating a lifestyle!

To lose the weight - again!! I know I can do it 'cause I've done it before!

Eat the right food, get the proper exercise and feel like a million dollars! To be HEALTHY!

I've lived in New England my entire life-the last 30+ yrs in NH. The day finally arrived to follow the sun and head south! I retired and relocated to FLORIDA! I have two grown sons along with two lovely daughters-in-law and three adorable grandsons and one gorgeous granddaughter.

I love reading-(mostly non-fiction, but adore Stephen King); love flower gardens, the beach, good music, and like they say-"Life is too short to drink bad wine!" I do not like to cook, but absolutely enjoy fine cuisine!
