Note to self: if I'm not working towards my fitness goals I'm falling far far away from them. Thats how things work, been here before and now know how important it is to not let life get in the way of your health, life just happens but fitness is a make of break it daily choice.

    I know you've lost weight by now, momma!!! Have you weighed yourself? Well, even if not, you'll lose some weight in next month's measurements I'm sure!!!

    You've been doing so great and I'm so proud of you!

    Also, I forgot to weigh in using your scale last time I was over there. I just want to weigh and see if my scale is 100% accurate. I know it works.....unfortunately....lol.... I just want to double check it! :)

    So try to remind me next time I'm over, which will probably be soon! :)

    yep, im in Denver - a really good hike is Brainard Lake. Its high in elevation, but if your lungs can take it, it's a good one. beautiful! i have a blog with some pictures
