I am so motivated I can't wait to see myself!! I am 34 and want to feel good. I am Married with two children who are 13 and 7. I have spent alot of time on them and forgot about myself I never had the 20's body that I should of had, and I have decided I could be a way better mom If I feel good and look good So I AM going to get that body!!!!!! Thanks to everyone who will be following me on my journey AGAIN!!

This is my results from last year so I know I can do it I just have to learn how to stick with it. All in all I can say that I have not Gained any weight for the year. So I have to start with that positive and Pray that by this time next year I will be able to say I lost weight and kept it off

    Hey There My Friend! Yes, we can do it !!!! One thing different that I'm doing is print out my days food plan and putting it on the frig. It keeps in in check and helps me to stay to the plan.

    Hi! We are both in the Port St. Lucie group together and I am trying to get in touch with all of the active members we have left in that group. I just joined sparkpeople a couple of days ago so that I can find workout buddies and just meet new friends. I was excited to join the Port St. Lucie group but now I am starting to realize that the group is not active. I wish it was. I keep seeing other groups having sparkpeople get togethers and events. I wish we could all do the same. It would be nice to meet fellow sparkers in our area. Basically what I am trying to do is get the group more active even though I am not the Leader of the group. Do you have any ideas or would you like to help? Let me know. Thanks.
