Introduction Text The one thing I have learned, is, when things get tough and it seems as if you're not getting anywhere...keep pushing on with the help of God and friends here at spark.. I've gone through some tough times this past year, and, I find that God has my back...He will not abandon, He IS a loving Father and has everything under control... My friends at spark are a God send...always there with a prayer, advice and love... So...it's time to pick myself up again and keep pushing...

1) To build a stronger relationship with my God 2) Become more disciplined 3) Eat more veggies 4) Take a more holistic lifestyle 5) Juice more often 6) Get to the gym 1-2 times a week

I love being outside, gardening...my addiction...garden centers... working with people all day makes me enjoy going for long rides alone...it helps me clear my head (what's left of it)... and of course, my grown children and my granddaughter are my joy...
