Time for new info!!! I've come to terms with the fact that I may never weigh 135, nor am I worried about it. I am SO glad to have kept off the 50+ pounds that I lost over a year ago and am proud to no longer be yo-yo-ing!

My new goals are to continue with weight training and to build muscle and decrease fat. I am discovering that tons and tons of cardio doesn't give me the results of moderate cadio combined with serious weights. :)

Fitness Minutes: 24,437

My Goals:
No more crazy 1200 calories per day!!! I wondered why I was always plateauing, well my poor body needed some FOOD! duh! Oh well, now I am zig-zagging between 1400-1800 and getting much better results.


My Program:
Day 1: Chest, shoulders and tri's (abs)
Day 2: Legs
Day 3: Back and bi's (abs)
Day 4: REST!
Day 5: Repeat of day 1
Day 6: Repeat of day 2
Day 7: Repeat of day 3
Day 8: REST

Cardio 2-3x per week

Full-time college student in Wisconsin

Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize?

Run in such a way as to get the prize. Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last; but we do it to get a crown that will last forever.

    Long time no chat. Anyway, I think you look AWESOME and i love your plan of eating more so that you're not on bare calorie intake. You totally deserve not having to fret so much about 1200 cal/day. Anyway, I fell off the SP wagon for a while and am *trying* to come back. Not sure how much you check you page, but I hope you are doing well. :)
