I'm turning 40 in's time to make my health a priority. I'm a busy mom of 3. I work part-time, play tennis in several leagues and spend a lot of time volunteering with my kids activities. I'm going to schedule time for good health this year.

1. I will lose 10% of my body weight (18 lbs) and reach 162 lbs.
2. I will ST 3 times per week.
3. I will walk/run on my treadmill 3 times per week for at least 30 minutes each time.
4. I will play tennis 2-3 times per week (shooting for 3 but it doesn't always work out due to kids schedules).
5. I will eat a minimum of 5 fruits & veggies daily.
6. I will get a minimum of 7 hours of sleep, preferably 8!

Inspirational Thoughts:

What you eat in private is what you wear in public.

When you realize that what you're doing is really a lifestyle change and not a "program" or diet, it will empower you like never before. Making this transition in your thinking means there is nothing to quit. You can't quit a lifestyle like you quit a diet.
