Introduction Text Hey there Sparkers! I am Tricia and as you can tell....I LOVE Snoopy! I joined Spark on Valentine's Day in 2012 and have gained and lost over the past 9 years, but I have met a lot of great people here. So many inspiring stories and the wonderful support keeps me motivated. Hoping to meet my 5% goal with the Winter 5% Challenge. GO CLOVERS!!!!!

WINTER GOALS: 1. Do my breathing technique 5 days a week 2. Walk 3 days a week for at least 30 minutes. 3. Check in at least 3 times a week. 4. Keep up with my Food Journal. 5. Get to the pool once a week.

1. Try to do Body Flex or Oxycise with some walking daily 2. Have a positive outlook 3. Have confidence that I am a great person no matter what I look like and if I am happy, who cares what anyone else thinks

I am from Virginia. I have two great girls and a loving husband. I work for one of the many SWCD's in the nation and love it! I am a Girl Scout Volunteer and love getting outdoors with the girls!!!!!!!!

Things I like to do: Spending time with my family Read Birdwatching Swim Being outside I especially like going to the BEACH!!!!!!! May 2021, OBX, I will return!
